WE SHAPE TECH The Movement for Greater Diversity in Tech and Innovation Research shows that companies who invest into a more equal gender, diversity and ethnic diversity are more likely to have financial returns above their national industry medians. A vast majority of interviewed corporations claim however, that it is much easier for them to increase the budget of innovation than to execute a compelling diversity agenda. The top corporations on the other hand take pride of a greater employee loyalty, more collaboration among teams and greater team commitment. OUR MISSION Our aim is to empower individuals of underrepresented groups transforming potential into actions and grow talents into leaders. By creating an environment of trust, we contribute to an open exchange of ideas, knowledge and life hacks among its members. «WE SHAPE TECH» encourages gender, ethnic and demographic minorities to step out of their comfort zones shaping an even more ambitious personal agenda. Enhancing influence within their teams literally starts a virtuous circle. This will make each team member stronger thus helping them to lean in and achieve greater goals beyond the workplace.
