I, Nishaea Richardson, a passionate financial coach with two years of experience and a burning desire to help others succeed financially, founded Wealth Phenom LLC in 2022. Picture this: credit cards maxed out, savings non-existent, drowning in debt, and a not-so-pretty negative net worth. It wasn't exactly the picture-perfect financial fairy tale. But here's the twist: I managed to flip the script. Through sheer determination and a burning desire to change, I elevated my mindset, conquered my fears, and transformed myself into a financial powerhouse. Now, I'm on a mission to empower other women to do the same. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with hundreds of clients, both virtually and in-person. Through financial literacy and wellness workshops, conferences, and personalized 1:1 coaching programs, I've witnessed incredible transformations. But that's not all! I'm also a financial coach for Affordable Housing Partnerships of the Capital Region Homeownership Center. I guide home-buyers through the complexities of money management during and after the homebuying process, equipping them with the tools they need to make smart financial decisions during and after the homebuying process. To ensure I provide the absolute best for my clients, I've pursued continuous education and certifications. I hold a Six Sigma Yellow-Belt certification, which enables me to streamline the money management process, making it efficient and effective. Additionally, I completed the Financial Coaching Academy, further honing my skills and solidifying my foundation of knowledge and experience.
