WealthTrust Securities Limited (WTS) established in 2011 is a Primary Dealer appointed by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka in terms of the Local Treasury Bills Ordinance No. 8 of 1923 and the Registered Stock and Securities Ordinance No. 7 of 1937. As one of the largest capitalized non-bank Primary Dealers, Wealth Trust acts as a specialized intermediary in the government securities market with shareholder reserves reaching Rs. 6 Billion as per the audited financial statements for the year ending 31st March 2025 and a Net Asset per Ordinary Share of Rs. Our main shareholders consist of Finco Holdings (Pvt) Ltd, SAFE Holdings (Pvt) Ltd, Iconic Trust (Pvt) Ltd, GENESIIS Software (Pvt) Ltd & Sinar Maju Company Limited. The company’s Board of Directors consists of eminent personalities who also sit on the Boards of other leading listed companies along with a management team consisting of respected professionals with decades of market experience.
