Existing systems of developing officials are antiquated and not built for the “next level” officials sought after by organizations looking to separate themselves from the others. Officials are a huge part of the game by providing leadership and guidance to participants, ensuring that the competition is conducted in a safe and fair manner. We believe that knowledge of field or court mechanics, positioning, and communication skills makeup a qualified official. And that is what we bring to the table, a core group of experienced officials that respect the game. Our legacies are measured in the success of our followers. Creating branches off this "officials" tree and affording the opportunity to all will always be our goal.
