At Weave I help organizations sharpen their interventions for greater impact through participatory strategic planning, collaborative and community-engaged research, equitable evaluation and design. I guide clients in exploring and understanding the contexts in which they work, and through this process help them design solutions that make measurable differences in the lives of people and the places where they live. My portfolio has always focused on social and environmental justice: ensuring that all people have secure rights to the land and resources they depend on, livelihoods that are resilient to climatic and social change, and access to accountable institutions that protect the most oppressed. As a consultant, evaluator, and social researcher I am known for my deep collaboration; participatory, feminist, and justice-centered approaches; analytical abilities; and unflappable commitment to my work.
