Webroster.net is an online workforce management and scheduling system designed to save time and money through automating and streamlining manual processes. Webroster.net matches resources to clients to create rosters, generates timesheets and processes invoices and payroll. Webroster.net incorporates electronic monitoring systems for tracking time and attendance; VOIPTrac™ which uses land line phones to check in and out of bookings, and PhotoTrac™ which uses barcode scanning. Field staff can also use the Bee app which utilises NFC technology or QR codes to check in and out of visits. Webroster.net supports remote working with the Bee app, giving field staff access to their roster from their mobile phone. They can also see client details and tasks required for each visit. Using Bee staff can check in and out of bookings and accept or reject booking requests. Other modules include MIS for reports, SMS, Document Management, Travel, Real Time Mapping, Roster Mapping, Pocketroster™, Alert Manager, Web Services, Supplier and Audit modules.
