At Weckler Consulting Services (WCS), we offer consulting and coaching services across a broad range of industries, including but not limited to: Retail, Project Management, Shipping & Logistics and Hospitality. WCS works with our clients to develop strategic business plans, assist with business related problem solving skills and information sourcing. We help design business models, marketing plans and staffing/training programs, as well as, determine which marketing techniques to use and how to use them. We often help clients learn how to plan and implement projects. We give advice, teach skills and brainstorm with our clients to produce practical results and enhance strategic thinking. At WCS, we focus on personal development by eliminating practices that negatively impact a business, such as, poor time management skills and self-sabotaging behavior; and promoting clarity, educated decision-making and taking action.
