WEflow Yoga & Movement was originally founded in 2016 by Sarah Memme (first under the name Liberty Life Yoga). Sarah realized there were limited accessible options to practice in the city of Toronto. At the heart of her vision was a desire to connect with people where they were (at home, in their workplace etc.) and to provide options for folks that didn't feel they "belonged" in a studio setting. The tag line "Find Your OM Close to Home" became at the forefront of WEflow Yoga & Movement with the commitment to create accessible spaces, connect with communities in an intentional way, have fun, and grow mindfully.
