Clients begin with a complementary 50-minute health consultation and may enroll in our 6-month comprehensive health and wellness program. The program begins with a focus on nutrition and includes other lifestyle topics such as stress and time management, eating well while traveling and more. Our program provides the tools our clients need to gradually incorporate significant changes and watch them become a welcome and sustainable routine.
