Who We Are: Welcome Home Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing homelessness and housing insecurity in Monmouth County, New Jersey and beyond. We are committed to providing comprehensive support and resources to individuals and families in need, helping them transition from homelessness to stability. Our work involves collaboration with local organizations, property managers, landlords, and community members to create a network of support for those we serve. At the Welcome Home Foundation, we believe in the power of community. Our approach is rooted in the understanding that it truly takes a village to address the complex challenges faced by the unhoused community. Our mission and initiatives are grounded in our three core pillars: Redefine Home, Rediscover You, and Reimagine Support. These pillars guide our short-term and long-term goals as we work towards creating a more inclusive and supportive environment for those in need. What We Do: We offer a range of programs designed to meet the diverse needs of the unhoused community. From providing immediate assistance and access to housing to offering employment support and spiritual guidance through our Good Soil Bible Study program, we strive to empower individuals to rebuild their lives. Our Roots of Stability program focuses on securing employment opportunities, and ensuring that our clients have the tools and resources they need to achieve self-sufficiency. How We Make a Difference: We are dedicated to increasing the supply of housing options by bridging the divide between unhoused individuals and property managers, owners, and landlords. We focus on breaking down barriers and enhancing communication to expand access to permanent housing solutions for the unhoused community.
