pod is a team of dedicated, experienced, highly skilled Psychologists and Family Therapists. We work with children, adolescents, and adults to assist them in resolving their mental health difficulties. A pod is, in essence, a group within which every individual is connected, cared for and supported. The characteristics of a pod are essential for sustained optimal mental health.
