Welfare Services Ernakulam

Welfare Services Ernakulam (WSE), popularly known as Sahrudaya, is a registered charitable and non-profit organization based at Ernakulam district of Kerala State. The head office of the organization is located at Ponnurunni in Kochi city. WSE has more than 56 years of experience in the development sector especially in Human and Institution Development Activities, Family and Child Development, Water and Sanitation, Disaster Management, Health & Rehabilitation, Rural Technologies, Housing, Entrepreneurship development etc. at the community level. Over families, irrespective of caste, creed or political identities are directly associating with the Society and play a very significant role in its developmental interventions. WSE has been able to promote more than civil society organizations (SHGs) at the grassroots covering mainly in four civil districts of Kerala which forms as the platforms of the poor people to explore their self-help capacities for their own development. WSE is resolved to promote activities, programs and institutions with the objective of building and enhancing capacities of individuals in particular and communities at large, that they contribute positively and creatively to the formation of a just and humane society. The noble vision of Welfare Services Ernakulam is “Formation of a just society based on human values”.
