Well Bee Group

The WellBee group is a CIC group that aims to improve the lives and wellbeing of each and every single student, child, school, teacher and adult that we work with. Our primary service is that of yoga and wellbeing for schools. We work within schools to either complete yoga days, a full day of yoga fun, or curriculum yoga, a 6 to 12 week block of repeated weekly yoga. We've found both of the services to be big hits for schools and while sometimes winning people over to yoga as an activity can be tough, when we do - they love it! We also offer teacher CPD as an alternative method of reaching these children by empowering and upskilling the teachers to a high level so they can pass on knowledge and methods to the kids they work with, almost like a domino effect.
