Well Done Lab

Too often, our organizations wear themselves and their people out - management and employees - by applying economic and social models that no longer meet the varied requirements of the modern work environment. How can we rethink the governance and management of each enterprise - private, public or association - and how can we put in place these innovative management methods in a way that is aligned with the individual needs and requirements of each structure? These are the major questions posed in our research. Our results are governance models that are efficient and enabling, co-constructed between both management and employees of each enterprise.
