My name is Anella and thanks for reading. On a daily basis, I work as a Hypnotherapist with positive therapy, healing and I also giving lectures and courses in how you can handle your life with stress, anxiety and depression in there everyday life. I have a hypnotherapist education, as well as an education as a cognitive couples therapist, Reiki healer, mindfulness instructor and Mindful Motivation therapist. Although I am a hypnotherapist, I am not like the others, I do things based on my philosophy and vision that each session should benefit my clients, therefore start all sessions with a positive approach to why you have chosen me as your therapist. There must be time for you as a client, time to be able to go deep and immerse yourself in where you are here and now, time to work with what you want to work with, time to focus on what is good for you and time to see the future with new positive eyes. This is one of the reasons why I have also developed the WF Self-Help Cards, which are designed specifically to create a good and positive dialogue, and are among the tools I use in the sessions. You are not a page in a book, you are a person of flesh and blood, and therefore I am starting from why you are here with me now. My experience tells me that the best way to help others is to have walked the road myself and I have walked a lot I usually know where the “shoe presses” as they say, I also know what it means to be in a “cheese bell “.
