Wellbeing Teams

We believe there is a better way to deliver care and support to people to help them to live well at home. Our approach uses the principles of self-managing teams to rethink how home care works. The service is designed with the people we support, and works to help them achieve three essential elements of wellbeing: 1) Being safe and well 2) Doing more of what matters to them 3) Staying connected to others Wellbeing Teams operates as a social franchise. This means that we work with local partner providers to embed the way we work in their area. They bring valuable local knowledge, and together we combine this with an established way of working ensures that everyone gets a great service. Plus, our partners as a whole benefit from a breadth of shared learning and marketing collateral that would only usually be available from a large organisation.
