Wellbeing Think Tank is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and our mission is to educate and empower employers to foster both individual and organizational wellbeing, creating environments where everyone can thrive. We envision a world where every employer supports the whole-person needs of their employees, building healthier, more resilient organizations and communities. Through our events and community, we amplify experts over influencers and create spaces where leaders can exchange ideas, learn from evidence-based practices, and take meaningful action. Our Programs: Annual Summit – Our flagship hybrid event, bringing together national experts and organizational leaders for thought-provoking keynotes, interactive panels, and practical takeaways. Attendees leave with strategies they can put to work immediately. Educational Intensives – Focused, in-depth sessions on best practices in workplace wellbeing, offering research-based insights and implementation guidance so you can take action. BeWell Series – Accessible sessions designed to support individual wellbeing while equipping participants with tools to strengthen health and resilience in their organizations. WTT Connected – A collaborative community forum where workplace wellbeing champions share challenges, explore solutions, and learn from each other’s real-world experience.
