Onsite Musculoskeletal Care Our registered osteopaths provide high-quality specialist musculoskeletal care through comprehensive one-to-one assessment, diagnosis and treatment. Our unique approach addresses the health needs of the individual, attending to the root causes of issues together with any current symptoms. These consultations are delivered both face-to-face and virtually. For in-house sessions, we simply require a separate office space for treatment privacy: we do the rest. Workshops Our 30-40 minute workshops work ideally over mid-morning coffee or lunch. Inspiring people to have a better day! Topics include-"Sitting is a pain in the bum"- Movement is nutrition for the body. We will help you understand why bodies get sick of sitting, and give “activity snacks” to get you moving."Mind matters"- positive habit building and resilience in and out of the workplace (lead by a mental health practitioner)."What do you do a day?"- the importance of breathing and laughter."You don't snooze you lose"- the science of sleep, circadian rhythms, and what improved sleep hygiene can do for our health. Onsite/Virtual Workstation/DSE assessments Level 2 & 3 completed onsite or via a secure telehealth call system for those working from home (conducted by CIEHF accredited osteopaths) We follow a strict COVID-19 policy including wearing full PPE, stringent hygiene practices and pre-appointment triage.
