About WellBeings Yoga Providers of nurturing & spiritual Yoga sessions in Wickham, Bishop's Waltham & Surrounding Areas Founded by Christine Dixon on her return to the UK, inspired be her learning and experiences from years of teaching beach and Rain Forest locations in Australia. Christine provides tailored, friendly and nurturing sessions filled with encouragement. There is a strong focus on letting go, healing and renewing your energy, yoga philosophy and meditation is always evident in her teachings. You will be guided through varied sequences of Asanas (Yoga poses) and Viloma and Pranayama (breathing techniques). Sessions, both group and private are individually tailoring to student’s needs, always warm and encouraging. About Christine Dixon | Founder Christine has over 16 years experience as a yogi and holistic therapist. Her unique classes take you on an enriching, spiritual and healing journey She undertook her Yoga teacher training at the renowned Byron Bay Yoga Centre, Australia prior to retuning to the UK in 2016 was teaching Yoga and Wellbeing retreats in Australia. Originally, from a dance background Christine professionally performed worldwide and taught a multitude of dance workshops to adults and children. She studied; BA Arts Degree in Western Australia, focusing on Acting and Art therapy. The blend of many years experience in Yoga, Guided Mediation and Holistic Treatments combined with an artistic background result in a unique and rounded yoga experience.
