Wellcentred Pilates

Wellcentred Pilates Studio provides tailored Pilates programs designed to address your unique combination of physical conditions, movement habits and what you do at work and at play. We provide private and semi-private (maximum of 3 clients) sessions targeted at your specific needs and goals. We work with you to give you tools to get the best out of your body to allow you to live your life to the fullest. We work with people of all ages, fitness levels, recreational passions, elite athletes, artists, tradespeople, expectant mothers and any degree of injury or chronic condition.
