Welldom was built with one goal — to make neurologic therapy more human, more accessible, and more impactful. We operate across two key segments: Welldom Health– partnering with schools to provide adaptive, evidence-based services that help districts meet IEP goals, staffing needs, and inclusion mandates with confidence. Learn more: Since our start in 2018, we’ve grown from a single discipline to a multidisciplinary team spanning Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Psychology, and Adaptive PE. Our mission is simple: to help every individual thrive—at home, in school, and beyond. We support individuals with neurological conditions such as brain & spinal cord injury, stroke, and neuromuscular diseases by restoring function, alleviating symptoms, and enhancing overall well-being. We take a multidisciplinary approach and partner with clients and caregivers to maximize functional abilities, foster community integration, and elevate quality of life. We’re reimagining what rehabilitation and special education services can look like when compassion meets innovation.
