We can also help find suitable accommodation via our partnership with Hull and East Yorkshire Mind who are a registered social landlord. We offer specialist integrated person centred care and support for adults living with severe and enduring mental health conditions. We also work with people who have other needs such as learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviour.
