Hello and welcome to WellMi! WellMi Wellness Solutions creates and delivers boutique wellness programs & events. We're based in Busan, South Korea, but travel the world both on and offline. We began in early 2017 as a volunteer wellness venture; a small community of wellness enthusiasts and practitioners who got together on Sundays to learn and share everything we knew. It was sharing minds and energy with others passionate about wellness. Fast forward to today, we've transformed our humble community project into a vibrant company & community with expert trainers, corporate wellness workshops, MICE & Tourism projects, wellness events & tour programs, and a growing list of corporate clients and community partners. Most of all, we know the importance of good health and wellbeing. Our mission (and passion) is to create a space for learning, for freedom of exploration, and to deliver wellness programs & experiences to boost our mental, physical and spiritual health. Corporate & MICE WellMi provides specially developed, boutique wellness programs for corporate clients to enhance wellbeing within any organization, for your clients, or on a 1-1 coaching basis. Our programs incorporate MBSR (mindfulness-based stress reduction), resilience training,'soft skill' cultivation, meditation, physical exercise (yoga, walking) and habit transformation. Our made-to-measure wellness programs will enhance your organization from the inside out, with each program specially curated for your organization. We deliver seminars and workshops in the comfort of your office, off-site at hotels or in the majestic beauty of nature.
