She is currently studying advanced anatomy and advanced Pilates, in addition to Nutrition from the Royal Society of Public Health, & Elite Personal Training. Her teaching is safe, considerate, caring and deeply intuitive. Boo is the founder of (Manifestation, Movement, Meditation)- a style of yoga that is deeply relaxing with massage and guided meditation. Designed to facilitate relaxation for highly stressed/ anxious people, people with low mood or anybody wanting to have a greater sense of control overt their life.
