Wellness on Alon is a serene space where both medical and alternate therapies are mutually respected and practiced alongside each other. Established by a passionate Life Coach and her Medical Doctor husband in 2019. Essack and Kareema both believe investing in your Physical and Mental Health and Wellbeing is essential to enjoying a full life. In this lifetime we are all limitless souls occupying a body – so it is our obligation to maintain and support this body vessel in order to live a life of joy, gratitude and satisfaction. It is this belief that guides our approach, our services, teachings and treatments. At Wellness on Alon we focus on helping you improve your health. We support teaching you tools to ensure you can maintain it and do not wait till we are faced with illness and disease.
