Wellness Staffers, a full-service wellness company that brings yoga and massage therapy to many places and spaces. Specializing in stress-reduction and mental wellness we are not dishing out your regular yoga class. Connecting people with wellness to increase well-being in a balanced and supportive way. The stressful nature of our western culture results in dis-ease, anxiety, trauma triggers, sleep disorders, depression, fatigue, low motivation and lack of focus. This affects not only our productivity at work, but carries forward to our relationships with friends, family and how we relate with our own selves. At Wellness Staffers, we strive to create a holistic balance in the mental, emotional and physical aspects of our well-being. Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation practices help create a powerful focus, enhance decision making, increase productivity, react less, and improve multi-tasking abilities. Cultivates a sense of happiness. Massage helps relax the muscles and treat or prevent postural issues. Workshops are targeted sessions to bring awareness to lifestyle related health issues, these could be Yoga and/or Nutrition workshops. Great way to build a sense of community and belonging at the workplace / residential spaces.
