WellnessVie is about "Communicating and Connecting". It takes a village. We teach people how to relate in a way that allows everyone to feel understood and validated. Because when your thoughts and feelings are fully expressed, Life will Begin to Expand in ways you never thought possible. The first relationship is the one you have with yourself. We have a simple tool to help you discover your unique personality style. As you learn how to use the system and engage with others you will develop self confidence, have courageous conversations and increase the commitment to your own greatness. The second relationship is the one we have with others. As Human Beings our most basic survival needs are to be liked and to fit in. Life is a variety of communities like family and friends; social and professional groups. We experience these relationships, on our own, face to face, one on one, in groups, online and offline. And, at the heart of connection is a lack of understanding. Most people are not clear what their needs are, so it is no surprise that there is a lack of awareness of what the signals look like for another person. When you begin to grasp how language is the connection and bridge, that allows dialogue to build a brave space, it will bring value and added purpose to relationships.
