Wells Finland researches and develops solutions for better well-being, working life skills and life-long learning. We currently operate under University of Helsinki in Finland where our work is supported by Business Finland / Research to business grant. A Helsinki Incubators Nexus AI Deep Tech Sustainability incubator Batch 3 (2024) team. In the past previous years we've successfully enhanced the well-being and studying skills within Universities in Finland and abroad. Starting from 2023, we're focusing on: 1. piloting the needs-based and researched impact -led, digital, peer-supported mental well-being and study / work skills development program in higher education institutes worldwide 2. piloting the solution also in SME's and large companies for better employee well-being. further developing partnerships and reach with educational and business organizations for wider impact.
