Wellspring Coaching is Integrative Wellness Coaching to support holistic lifestyle change for better (and well rounded) health and wellness. Virtual & In Person One-on-One and Group Coaching. Regina Gee has a gift for building bridges and navigating complexity. She is interested in the connections between inner and outer worlds and what it means to live well; questions of spiritual care are close to her center. She started Wellspring Coaching to hold space for these questions and to facilitate change that aligns what we value and how we live. She focuses on holistic and integrative health through the 7 Core Areas: resiliency, spirituality, relationships, sleep, nutrition, movement, and environment. As a coach, Regina partners with individuals or groups to acknowledge the interdependent roles of mind, body, and spirit. This partnership is formed around respect for the innate healing capacity and wisdom within each person, and an emphasis on self-care. Regina helps to connect people to their values and empower and support them in envisioning and enacting their goals. She helps facilitate whole, integrated, and undivided lives.
