Wellu Mental Training

WellU's mission is to create engaging mental training opportunities that help athletes develop peak performance. We provide engaging content through our app, podcast, meet-up groups, and newsletters. We strive to provide elite performance mental training to athletes as well as a supportive environment to create wellness on and off the court. Our application content guides the athlete step by step in the specific category of his or her area of need. Athletes will self-assess their mental skills, decide on a specific designed category of mental training (Focus, Confidence, motivation, resilience, etc.), connect it to a target goal aligned with their sport, and train through WellU each day. Each program is composed of videos, audios, and exercises. Small action steps lead to small successes for optimal preparation, reflection, and execution. Athletes also have the opportunity to receive one to one coaching with a personal mental performance coach.
