Founded in 1993 in city of Weifang, Shandong Province, China, Welsend began its vibrant journey as a paging service provider. In 2004, the Company transformed as a dedicated BPO service provider, placing a keen focus on Contact Center services. Throughout the years since, Welsend's commitment to client focus and continuous learning and improvement has been instrumental in its development. The Company has been recognized by its clients and the BPO industry, acquired various certificates, and achieved prestigious awards. By 2022, Welsend has become one of the leading BPO service providers in the landscape of China. Welsend's presence permeated across China with 33 delivery sites across 22 cities in 8 diverse provinces. Our team has expanded exponentially, with over dedicated individuals driving our vision forward. In a significant step towards global expansion, we proudly founded Welsend Global Services Inc. in 2023, with its headquarters located in the vibrant heart of Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Building on this momentum, Welsend Group expanded further in 2024, opening a new office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
