Welson Pediatric Therapy

Welson Pediatric Therapy is a state of the art private practice Pediatric Occupational Therapy clinic specializing in Sensory Integration, Neuro Developmental Technique (NDT), Visual Perceptual Deficits, Motor Coordination, and Muscle Weakness difficulties. Services include comprehensive Occupational Therapy evaluations and intervention. We serve children from birth through adolescence for over 30 years (two years in current Albertson, Long Island location). Our philosophy is that parents are an active part of the therapy process, working side-by-side with our therapists when appropriate. Treatment sessions are strictly one therapist and one child in a room at all times. All children in the practice have custom home programs to integrate therapy into the home environment. We foster collaboration with school and other health professionals across Nassau County, Long Island. We are located in Albertson, New York, just minutes from the Northern State Parkway and Long Island Expressway. Our waiting room is friendly and inviting, and a WIFI hotspot. Our office is wheelchair accessible and is a nut free friendly and allergy sensitive environment.
