Wendy Goldstein Design

Hi, I'm Wendy, a marketing and graphic design specialist with over 35 years' experience in the engineering field. I specialize in transforming technical information from engineering plans and documents and graphically converting the information into easy-to-understand maps and displays to be used as public information products. For the past 11 years I've worked from my design studio as a full-time Marketing Coordinator for a small engineering and land survey company. In this role I was responsible for producing marketing and business development materials including SOQs and RFPs in SF330 format, desktop publishing, proposals, illustrations, project description profiles, photo inventory, cover designs, company brochures, conference exhibits, and website design and maintenance. Administrative responsibilities included managing the company's state and federal certifications, prequalifications, and supplier registrations. Prior to that and for a period of 8 years, from 1998 through 2006, I worked for Keith and Schnars, P.A. as part of a FDOT contract providing Public Involvement for the Interstate 4 Transportation Project in Orlando, Florida. The Public Involvement Office for this project was one of the largest FDOT studies and corridor expansion projects in central Florida. The exhibits that were prepared for this project consisted of Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) documents, project location maps, typical sections showing proposed Interstate 4 improvements, construction schedules, interchange and ramping improvements, as well as other general information displays to inform the public during the program's study phase. Over the past 19 years, my experience has been gained from working for the above two mentioned firms providing services as a remote full-time employee. Now as a full-time freelancer, I am ready to put that same level of experience to work for you!
