We at Wentors are committed to seeing the significant gender gap in the tech Industry narrowed. It is challenging for young women all around the world to establish themselves in the industry because of this imbalance. We believe that every young lady can pursue her dreams of working in tech. We also believe that women who work in tech today are the ones best suited to foster these goals. We are making a conscious effort to ensure that one day there will be an equal number of men and women in the industry at all levels rather than leaving this to chance and hoping that the disparity would resolve itself. We dream of seeing an equal number of male and female CEOs of multibillion-dollar tech companies. We want to create a community where women support, train, and nurture each other. This is why Wentors exist!
