Weople Portugal was founded in Cascais (Greater Lisbon) in 2017. Our name comes from motto,'People To People', The company has extensive experience in elaborating complex training & skills development strategies, tools, and methods, and facilitating their implementation at the organizational and group levels. Our focal areas include behavior architecture, promotion of corporate well-being and sustainable work environments, gamification, innovation thinking, as well as the canalization of self-knowledge, mindfullness & growth mindset boosting personal and work-life satisfaction. Weople is actively engaged in researching new ways of enhancing motivation and resilience, not only within companies but also among children and youth, which forms part of our CSR strategy. We provide consultancy, mentoring, project development & management services in 5 languages (PT, EN, IT, ES, HU). Weople has developed numerous European Projects over the years, so far with a 100% winning ratio. One f our recently closed Erasmus+ projects (EPIC), in which Weople fulfilled a task-leader role, won the European Excellence Prize.
