Wereldhelden

Every year, Wereldhelden organises two summer schools in the city of Antwerp, aimed at non-native speakers of Dutch between the ages of 6 and 17. During these language immersion programs, children and youngsters who have recently come to Belgium can improve their Dutch language skills. The project Zomerbabbel welcomes children between 6 and 12 years old, whereas Zomerklap is designed for youngsters aged between 12 and 17. Our language programs help pupils and students transition into the new school year starting in September. Moreover, pupils are familiarized with important school skills, play sports and participate in various activities. In other words: not your typical school day, but an interactive program during which our pupils make new friends, build self-confidence and improve speaking skills.
