Werner Consulting was founded by Jeff Werner MBA, JD, PMP, PSP, CCM, CFCC, in 2005. Jeff Werner has 40 years of program and construction management experience. Mr. Werner specializes in project management, project control, contract administration. Because Mr. Werner has many years of construction management, contract administration, and project controls experience prior to establishing a consulting career, he has the qualifications, capability, knowledge, and credibility to properly analyze problems and disputes, establish cause-effect relationships, and develop defensible and persuasive opinions relative to the responsibility for problems and resulting schedule delays and cost overruns. This expertise also provides clients with the knowledge to properly manage and control the scope, quality, cost, schedule, and contract administration aspects of their projects and prevent/mitigate problems that may arise. Werner Consulting provides expert critical path method (CPM) schedule development/review/analysis and construction claims analysis, expert witness testimony, and project management consulting, to the engineering and construction industry. Clients include, Owners, developers, contractors, law firms and surety insurance companies. Types of projects have included private and public projects such as power plants, industrial facilities, academic facilities, commercial and retail buildings, water and wastewater plants, prisons, airports, hotels and resorts, hospitals, light rail and transit facilities, highways, and bridges. Mr. Werner has been involved with hundreds of CPM schedules during the development/review/approval process including time impact analysis (TIA) exercises, developed recovery delay mitigation schedules and developed expert reports and provided litigation support in mediation, arbitration and jury trial.
