Wes Bath

WESBath is a free, inclusive society that brings together people in engineering and STEM with a passion for supporting gender diversity and equal opportunities for all within the industry. The aim of the society is to encourage more women and girls to achieve in engineering, and to create a supportive community for female engineers. The society is open to all genders and degree disciplines. Activities include networking events, outreach at local brownies and schools, seminars on a range of topics, from what it's like to be a female engineer in industry to placement advice, career workshops, and connecting with like-minded engineers through meet ups and socials. The society helps facilitate connections between members and employers and provides a community for support and mentorship.
