West African Packaging (previously Scanbech Ghana Ltd.) is an established Ghanaian supplier of rigid plastic packaging (bottles and closures) for a wide variety of West African FMCG markets including Foods & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, Personal Care, Household, and Chemicals. The company was established in 1974, but has undergone many recent changes and is now a modern and growing product and service provider. Our core values are Integrity and Excellence. We deliver value through packaging and recognise that packaging can be an important part of the marketing mix and an integral functional part of the consumer product. Furthermore, we understand the importance of supply precision and the critical impact of packaging supplies on the overall supply chain. We do not regard ourselves as a supplier of plastic components, but rather as a long-term Packaging Partner that works closely with FMCG business partners to create value. We prefer to be an integral part of FMCG product development and of marketing campaigns and can contribute with packaging design and material advice as well as undisrupted supplies of high-quality packaging products. Our partners can choose from a wide variety of standard products or we can develop tailor-made and customer-specific packaging solutions if desired. We work closely together with our Nordic sister-company, Scandinavian Packaging, a leading packaging company in northern Europe.
