Founded in 1992, West End Partners is a business that leverages the principals' investment and operations management capabilities with its capital to expand, or, as needed, reset the growth opportunities for middle market companies. West End has a multi-disciplinary approach to the growth companies with which it works, supplying Strategic Advisory and Implementation Partner Services, and Restructuring Services, where applicable; all linked to its Managed Investment Program. West End also delivers Portfolio Management and Transactional Services to provide acquisition and financing options, which supplement the organic growth plans it puts in place for its partner companies. From a sector perspective, West End has, since its inception, had extensive coverage of diverse market sectors in providing services to a broad client base, spanning the media, retail, manufacturing, distribution, technology and internet markets.
