West End Physiotherapy

West End Physiotherapy aims to work with people to promote their own health and wellbeing. We endeavour to relieve your pain, and to empower you with a greater understanding of how your muscles and joints work. This will we believe, both improve your performance and minimise the risk of future injury. We combine a professional and holistic approach to establish the underlying cause and consequently the cure of your pain. The West End team consists of four Physiotherapists, a Podiatrist, two Sports Massage Therapists and a team of specialist Strength and Conditioning trainers. We also work closely with Orthopaedic surgeons, Sports Medicine Doctors and GP’s in central London so we can provide a full multidisciplinary approach to your care. Collectively and individually we have a wealth of knowledge in the diagnosis and treatment of muscle and joint problems as well as the training of muscles to bring them to their optimal potential. We work together to help an individual meet their health or training goals. We also continually update our skills through postgraduate education and ongoing analysis of our treatments.
