West Tech Fest

Returning to Perth from 8 to 12 December, 2025. A celebration of the Asia Pacific regions' startup ecosystems showcasing capabilities in innovation, investment and entrepreneurship, West Tech Fest is Australia's premier tech festival providing opportunities for the local startup and tech community to connect with and hear from global leaders as they share insights into how to create a successful global business. The week long innovation festival held annually in Perth, Western Australia attracts an incredible line-up of global founders, investors, CEOs & tech industry visionaries the US, UK, Asia and around Australia. The festival hosts inspiring keynote speakers, networking events, pitching opportunities, mentoring sessions, and the City of Perth Innovation Showcase. The program brings together local founders, innovators, researchers and industry and further strengthens the Australian startup ecosystem. West Tech Fest was initiated by Curtin University, and co-founded by Bill Tai, Larry Lopez, Rohan McDougall and Paula Taylor. West Tech Fest has built a strong global network and profile, with many successful investment outcomes.
