West Techtrans

West TechTransTM (or WTT, short for West China International Technology Transfer Center), an NGO sponsored by Ministry of Science and Technology and Sichuan Provincial Department of Science and Technology in 1983, is one of the four national level technology consulting platforms dedicated in international technical exchange and technology commercialization. Based in Chengdu, the capital city of west China territory, and in the province accumulated with advancing civilian and military technologies since 1950-decade, WTT proactively interacts over 30 thousand technology firms and scores of incubation centers in China and over a hundred technical exchange and academies worldwide. The annual budget in 2016 is 160 million CNY (23,6 million USD). We provide professional guidance and consultancy to innovative MNE (multinational enterprises) and SME (small & medium size enterprises) worldwide to scout and research China and overseas market, to link to right business/ research partners, to set up R&D and general business organizations in China.
