West Valley Environmental Services

In mid 2007 the Department awarded a new performance basded contract to West Valley Environmental Services (WVES). WVES, a consortium of four companies including Washington Group, Parallax, Jacobs Engineering, and ETC was awarded a four year contract to perform activities necessary to achieve an interim end state as defined by a performance based work statement. The current contract requires WVES to perform waste management, decontamination, deactivation, disposition of facilities, and infrastructure activities at WVDP.
