Westcore sources the majority of its transactions off-market, direct from owners, institutions, and other principals acquiring real estate outright or recapitalizing existing ventures. Westcore approaches real estate from the bottom up, with a primary focus on asset management. Coupled with an active risk management, financial monitoring, and reporting structure, Westcore provides investors with transparent and timely information flows. Since its founding in Westcore Properties and its affiliates have acquired and managed more than $4 billion in industrial and office assets, comprised of more than 750 buildings and totalling over 45 million square feet.
