Westex is a Canadian manufacturer of bedding and home décor with over 40 years’ experience in the industry. Westex International was purchased by Ellis Chitiz in 2007, and at the time was primarily focused on bedding products. With a strong background in the home fashion industry and a history in retail environments, he expanded the company portfolio to include laundry products and decorative cushions. After Ellis’ retirement Westex continues to grow under the leadership of the next generation, Lee and Mitchell Chitiz. As a family-owned and operated business, they have a hands-on approach which helps to create closer and more personal relationships with customers and staff. This proudly Canadian company is based in Mississauga, Ontario, and is home to a diverse team of talented individuals. Westex plans to continue its expansion to meet the increasing demands for high-quality home products from our in-store and online avenues.
