At Westform we pride ourselves on some simple values: Safety first: Westform has a comprehensive Workers Health and Safety Environment Plan that focuses on the safety of both formworkers and all other trades on site. Westform has received dedicated builder awards for our safety efforts on site. Quality Control: With very experienced foremen and a dedicated site crew at each Westform location, the quality and defect free assembly of formwork comes as more of a habit than an afterthought. The majority of our workers have been with us for many years, and so know the business inside out. No industrial disputes: The Company has an accredited Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) with the CFMEU and pride ourselves on 100% employee entitlements, such as CBUS, Acirt and UPLUS. This maintains a healthy workforce. Productivity:The vast experience of our site crew is evident when the assembly of formwork is erected once only. We focus the bulk of effort on the planning and pre-erection phase of the formwork process.
