Dr. Rick Borquez has served as an Expert Witness for Plaintiff and Defense attorneys for the past 9 years in California and other states. Dr. Borquez has been involved Record Reviews, Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs), Depositions and Trials. Dr. Borquez has been sought as an Expert Witness because of his extensive background in treating patients at his Westlake Village, CA office with Orofacial Pain disorders (TMJ, Nerve Injuries as the result of MVAs and Implant/Extraction procedures) and as a Clinical Instructor at the USC Orofacial Pain Clinic.
