Westlite Dormitory is a leading workers dormitory owner-operator in Singapore and Malaysia. The dormitory business was established following the acquisition of a portfolio of dormitory assets by Centurion Corporation Limited in August 2011. It has since expanded its brand of quality management to a total of six dormitories in both countries. Listed on the mainboard of Singapore Exchange, Centurion Corporation Limited is one of the largest independent dormitory owner-operators in Singapore, with current capacity of more than beds locally. Beside Tuas Lodge I, Centurion owns and operates Westlite Toh Guan and is jointly developing another dormitory in Mandai Estate. In Malaysia, Centurion owns and operates three workers dormitories totalling beds in Johor, with another dormitory under planning. Centurion Corporation Limited, formerly known as SM Summit Holdings Limited, was established in 1981 and listed on SGX-ST in 1995.
