WestPark Properties was organized in 2021 as a private investment company focused on the acquisition, management, and leasing of industrial real estate across the Southeast and Mid Atlantic. The company is vertically integrated with in-house property management, project management, GAAP and tax accounting, asset management, leasing, and capital markets expertise. Along with its financial partners and lenders, the company has invested in both heavy industrial / outdoor storage real estate, development land, and Class A warehouse and distribution properties. Today, the company’s portfolio includes over 30 properties across seven states managed by a team of dedicated industry professionals with a shared goal of creating value for its customers and partners over the long term.
